CrossWinds are a brass quintet based in Essex. We play a wide range of music from baroque classics through to swing and modern pieces and our repertoire includes pieces which are particularly suitable for wedding ceremonies and receptions. As well as playing in our full ensemble (trumpet/flugel horn, saxophone, French horn, trombone and euphonium/bass) we can also include solo items with piano or organ accompaniment.
We have performed at various venues and charity events and after playing at a recent wedding (At Hedingham Castle in Essex) the bride’s parents wrote to say ‘Thank you for making our daughter’s day just a little more special’.
CrossWinds is also available to play for Birthdays, Corporate events, Banquets, VIP arrivals, Sporting events, Opening ceremonies, Film premieres, Award ceremonies, Presentations and just about anything else. We can play in all situations, indoors or outdoors as we are acoustically mobile.
